How much is shipping?Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail normally takes approximately 3 to 4 business days after we ship your package (remote locations sometimes take a little longer). If your package is very heavy or very large we may use FedEx or UPS. The shopping cart will combine shipping and show total your shipping charge before you complete checkout.
We also offer USPS First Class Mail starting as low as $5.95 on certain lightweight items.
For Fastest Shipping select Priority Mail as your Shipping Choice. Note: Once the shipping cost reaches or exceeds $8.95, we will ship your package by USPS Priority Mail regardless of the shipping method you choose.
During Holiday Seasons or if you are in a hurry for your order, please choose USPS PRIORITY Mail as your shipping choice.
Post Office delivery delays are beyond our control once we ship your order. So, if you are purchasing for a special occasion, gift, or Christmas be sure to allow plenty of time for delivery of your order. For very large orders, we may ship your order by Fed Ex. We will let you know which carrier will be used when we email you to confirm your order.)

When will my order ship?We try to ship within 1-2 Business Day after receiving orders. We ship same day or next day when possible. (Orders placed after 12:00 Noon Central Time usually ship next day.)

After Approval of the return, will assign a Return Authorization Number to you and let you know where to send the return. Approved Returns* must be received at Hearts Desire Gifts within 15 days after we authorize the return.
Buyer must pay all shipping costs associated with returns unless we made an error. Items must be returned in original unused condition with all tags and original packaging.
Refunds will be made only after product is received and inspected to be in original condition as it was sent. We WILL NOT accept any returns that are not authorized and assigned a Return Authorization Number.
